Our Year 6 girls cricket team won the IAPS competition at Rugby School last week. The girls won their
group and then the final, going unbeaten at the Festival and displaying excellent batting, bowling and fielding skills. They played a range of schools including The Manor, The Blue Coats School, Spratton and Winchester House.
This was the first group of girls who played cricket in the school four years ago and this is the first time MKPS have won this competition – so it has been thrilling to see the progress the group has made.
Huge congratulations to the girls!
